Vacancy - Full time studio manager

We are a busy tattoo studio and laser clinic in Kelham Island, Sheffield and require a full time studio manager/receptionist to work Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00-18:00.

Duties will include
-  General upkeep of the studio/clinic maintaining high standards of hygiene
-  Answering phone calls, emails and social media messages
-  Organising diaries, and liaising with clients and staff

• Maintaining social media presence and creating content
• Stock checking and supply orders
• Assisting the staff with general jobs

Ideal candidate must:
-  Be organised, professional and reliable with good time keeping -

• Ability to work under own initiative
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be able to work well with others and under minimal supervision

Non essential but beneficial skills include:
- Experience or interest in tattoo industry
- Management/receptionist experience
- Knowledge of book-keeping/spreadsheets
- Driving licence
- Photography
- Brand development/ social media

We are offering £20-25k per annum depending on experience and skill level, with a relaxed and relatively flexible working environment.
