We are located in the lively Kelham Island area of Sheffield, overlooking the River Don. Sheffield train station is a 7 minute taxi ride or a 23 minute walk away
PARKING
The closest pay and display on street parking is available on Alma Street and Russell Street but these are often full.
Off street parking is also available at the Brookshaw Park Kelham Island, Shalesmoor, Sheffield S3 8RW (next to the Gym group and The Bed Shop). You can pay for you parking here through the Just Park app.
There is also off-street pay and display parking in the Fat Cat pub car park (S3 8SA) using the Ring Go app.
PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
To prepare your skin, in the days before your appointment use a gentle exfoliator and a good moisturiser. Ensure there is no sunburn or excessive tan/fake tan in the area to be tattooed.
Be well rested and fed on the morning of your appointment - a high carb, high fat breakfast is the best.
Bring along any snacks or drinks you might want for throughout your appointment. If you are booked in for a long sitting please feel feel to bring along some lunch. Alternatively, there are lots of options close to the studio where you could pick food up from including:
Tesco Express is a short 2 minute scenic walk down the River Don from the studio.
Groke coffee shop is one of our neighbours in Kelham Square with us.
Joni cafe is a 2 minute walk away at Kelham Island Museum.
Bakers Yard Bakery is a 2 minute walk away.
We also don’t mind people ordering Deliveroo or Uber eats to the studio.

Q: Do you do walk-in tattoos?
A: We work primarily by appointment to ensure every client gets the time and attention they deserve. Please get in touch via our enquiry form to book. We sometimes do have walk in space available so it is worth giving us a call on 0114 461 0817 to see if we have anything on the day.
Q: How much does a tattoo cost at Everblack?
A: Pricing depends on the size, complexity and placement of the piece. Get in touch via our enquiry form and we'll give you an accurate quote for your idea.
Q: How much for a sleeve tattoo?
A: Larger scale projects such as sleeves on average can take between 6-7 sittings, this depends on the size of the persons arm, the final design, level of detail and whether its black and grey or colour and how the client heals. We aim to book a session every 4 weeks so we can complete within a 6 month or so timescale, this allows for continuity in the healing/ageing of the tattoo. Pricing varies between artists so if you are looking to start a big project get in touch through our enquiry form and we will be able to give you more information.
Q: What styles do you specialise in?
A: We are mostly known for our black and grey realism tattoos at Everblack. We have a team of highly skilled artists who can tattoo a range of different styles including traditional, neo-traditional, Japanese, fine line, blackwork and illustrative tattooing. All work is fully custom — no copy work.
Q: Where are you located and is there parking?
A: We're at 2 Kelham Square, Sheffield S3 8SD. The closest parking is on Alma Street on street or the car park next to the Fat Cat pub, or off-street at Brookshaw Park .
Q: Do you do cover up tattoos?
A: Yes, we do! Send some photos across using our enquiry form showing your existing tattoo and what you would like to get to cover it. Our skilled artists can take a look at these and be able to advise whether it is something that could work or a different idea. Alternatively, they may advise that some cover up preparation is required first to ensure that the quality of your new tattoo isn’t compromised.
